ViralCraft is built with a privacy-first, zero-friction architecture: you can create, generate, and record scripts without registering an account. By using ViralCraft, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

ViralCraft provides AI-powered content creation tools for short-form video creators — including viral hook generators, full video scriptwriters, an on-camera smart teleprompter, TikTok/Reels screen safe-zone simulators, hashtag optimizers, weekly content planners, an AI algorithm coach, and a personal scripts vault. Some tools run entirely on your device; others send the topic or idea you choose to Google Gemini AI to generate video scripts and hooks (see section 5). You can use all core features without creating an account.

2. Information we collect

2.1 No Account or Password Required

ViralCraft does not require you to register, create an account, or provide your email address, phone number, or password. Your wallet credits, streaks, daily missions, and saved scripts in the Vault are stored locally on your device.

2.2 Information you provide

• Content you submit to tools. Video topics, niche categories, or script ideas you enter so an AI tool can generate hooks, scripts, or schedules. We use this only to generate your requested result and do not sell it. This content is processed securely using Google Gemini; see section 5 for details.
• Support messages. If you contact us via email, we keep your message and contact details solely to reply to your inquiry.

2.3 Information collected automatically

• On-device usage and activity. Points balance, daily streaks, completed missions, and saved script vault records stored locally on your device so gamification and productivity features work seamlessly.
• Device and technical data. Device type, operating system version, and app version — used for crash diagnostics, security, and responsive layout formatting.
• Advertising identifier. The free version of the app shows ads through Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising ID. See section 4.

3. How we use your information

• To run the creation tools you request, including AI-generated hooks and video scripts, and display their results.
• To operate on-device credits, daily streaks, missions, and the smart teleprompter.
• To process credit refills and VIP Pro subscriptions via Google Play.
• To serve relevant ads in the free tier through Google AdMob.
• To prevent abuse, protect app integrity, and troubleshoot technical errors.
• To respond to your support requests.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of ViralCraft displays ads served by Google AdMob (such as rewarded video ads to earn bonus creation credits and occasional interstitial banners). AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and limited technical data to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads. Google's advertising practices are described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Upgrading to VIP Pro removes all ads.

5. AI-powered features (Google Gemini)

Several core parts of ViralCraft use artificial intelligence to generate short-form video content: the Viral Hooks Generator, Reels & Shorts Script AI, Smart Hashtag Optimizer, Viral 7-Day Content Plan, and the Viral Coach AI chat assistant.

To generate these results, the specific topic, niche, or idea you submit is transmitted securely over HTTPS to Google Gemini API, an enterprise AI model provider. We send only the prompt text necessary to fulfill your request — never personal credentials, device identity, or financial details. This processing is governed by Google API terms; inputs submitted via the API are not used to train Google's general-purpose models. Accuracy. AI-generated scripts and suggestions are creative starting points designed for entertainment and brainstorming. You should always review suggestions and use your own judgment before publishing videos based on them.

6. Purchases (Google Play Billing)

Credit refill packs and VIP Pro subscriptions are purchased exclusively through Google Play Billing. Google processes your payment; we never receive or store your credit card or banking information. We receive an anonymous cryptographic purchase confirmation to activate your credits or VIP status. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & Subscriptions.

7. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Google — for Google Play Billing, AdMob advertising, and AI script generation through Gemini, as described above.
• Authorities — only if required by law or to protect user safety and security.

8. Data retention

Because ViralCraft does not require an account, your saved scripts, custom prompter texts, and streak points are stored locally on your device. You can erase this data at any time by clearing the app's cache/storage or uninstalling the app. We do not retain copies of your generated scripts on our servers.

9. Your choices and rights

• Saved Scripts Vault. View, copy, or permanently delete any saved script directly from within the My Scripts Vault screen.
• Notifications. Turn app notifications on or off at any time in your device settings.
• Advertising. Reset or limit your advertising ID in your Android device settings.
• Data Deletion. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data, points, and saved scripts immediately.

10. Children

ViralCraft is designed for content creators aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Security

All communication with third-party APIs (including Google Gemini and Google AdMob) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. We regularly review our security practices to protect user interactions.

12. International users

Your requests to AI features and advertising services may be processed on servers located outside your country by Google. By using the app, you consent to this standard operational transfer.
