Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using seosoftwareai.com and the SEO Software AI mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by Seo Software Ai ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
Our Service provides SEO, webmaster, and content analysis tools, including but not limited to keyword research, SERP checking, YouTube data extraction, text utilities, and search performance analysis. Some tools are available without an account; others require you to sign in or hold an active subscription. These tools are provided for informational and analytical purposes only.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Service.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. When you create one, you must provide a valid email address and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher, to create an account.
Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to circumvent usage limits, use automated systems to abuse the Service, or engage in activity that harms other users or our infrastructure.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your account record, cached search performance data, site records, and activity history.
3. Connecting Third-Party Services
Certain features require you to connect an external account, such as Google Search Console. Connecting is entirely optional and is requested separately from account creation.
When you connect Google Search Console, you confirm that you are authorised to access the data of the properties you connect. You remain solely responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any website you add to the Service.
Our access is read-only. We cannot modify your website, submit URLs, change settings, or delete anything. You may revoke our access at any time from your account settings or directly through your Google account permissions.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Premium features are available through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and billed exclusively through Google Play Billing. We never receive, see, or store your payment card details or billing information.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy, over which we have no control. Requests should be directed to Google Play support.
An active subscription unlocks premium features on both our website and our mobile application, provided you are signed in to the same account on both.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their renewal.
5. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Results
While we strive to provide accurate and useful results, our tools rely in part on third-party APIs and data sources (including Google services and other providers) that are outside our control. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any results, rankings, or data provided by our tools, and such results should not be treated as professional, financial, or legal advice.
Search engine rankings are influenced by many factors outside our visibility and outside your control. We do not guarantee that following our analysis or recommendations will improve your rankings, traffic, or revenue.
Some recommendations are produced with the assistance of automated language models. Automated analysis can occasionally produce incomplete or imprecise suggestions. Always apply professional judgement before making significant changes to your website.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce in the same period, or that disrupts the availability of the Service for other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Use our tools to generate content for the purpose of spamming, plagiarism, or deceiving search engines or end users in violation of applicable law or third-party terms of service (including Google's Webmaster Guidelines).
- Resell, redistribute, or republish our reports or analysis as your own product or service without our prior written permission.
- Connect or analyse websites you have no legitimate interest in or authorisation to access.
- Share, resell, or otherwise make your subscription available to users outside your own account.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, tools, text, graphics, and underlying code, is owned by Seo Software Ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Results generated by our tools using your own input (such as generated markup, reports, or files you create) belong to you, subject to the terms of the third-party APIs that may power that specific tool.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party APIs that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with through our Service.
9. Advertising
Our website is supported in part by advertising served by third-party networks. Our mobile application displays advertising through Google AdMob. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed, and that your interaction with these advertisements is subject to the advertiser's own terms and policies.
Users with an active subscription see no advertising in the mobile application.
10. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including individual tools) at any time, with or without notice.
Where a feature is actively relied upon by subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice before removing it.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEO SOFTWARE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DECISIONS MADE BASED ON TOOL RESULTS, LOST TRAFFIC, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA.
Use of our tools does not create a consulting, agency, or professional advisory relationship between you and us.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes materially affect subscribers, we will provide notice through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
